Youth rugby will resume this Spring. All Youth Rugby enthusiast are welcomed to come out to the Men's Practices on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 6:30 at the lower softball fields at Highland Road Park. Open to students from all Baton Rouge Area high schools.HIGH SCHOOL RUGBYWe are in the process of starting a community-based high school aged (Under-19) rugby team to compete in the existing Louisiana High School Rugby League, which has teams from the New Orleans and Lafayette areas (http://www.neworleansrugbyclub.com/hsrugby). Additionally, the top players from all the Louisiana high school teams have a chance to play for the U-18 and U-20 Louisiana All-Star Teams that compete at a national tournament each summer. The LA teams have won the tournament for the past 3 years, and players from the teams have been selected to compete for the USA National Developmental Team.
